From Tragedy to Triumph
We, the Langston Williams, Jr. family, would like to thank the entire San Antonio community and friends everywhere for the wonderful outpour of support and love that has been shown to our family. Also, special thanks goes to MacArthur High School, Magnolia Christian Church, Community Bible Church,St. Pius Catholic Church, Texas Southwest COGIC, Greater Victory Temple COGIC, Hartnell College, Thomas Jefferson High School, Heritage Middle School, and the Mighty Mothers of MacArthur for their help and support. In honor of our son, Thaddaeus Iglehart Williams, we have established the Big Thad 73 Foundation. We hope that this foundation provides a positive support venue for all of our friends and loved ones. Once again, we love and appreciate you.

About Thad
"Big T", Big Thad, and Mr. Big Stuff are just a few of the names that were associated with Thaddaeus Iglehart Williams. He brought only joy and sunshine to the lives he touched. Thaddaeus was such a healthy baby that wherever he went everyone wanted to know what his mother was feeding him. When he was two years old, his Aunt said "Darlene, look at that boy's thighs. He is going to be a football player. You can tell that by the way he is built!" Well his Aunt was right! "Big T" was well known for his big smile, big heart, big hugs, big appetite, and big fun.
Thaddaeus Williams
Thaddaeus was born August 5, 1989 in San Antonio, Texas. His parents are Langston, Jr. and Thaddaeus Darlene Iglehart Williams. He has two brothers, Langston III and Joshua Iglehart Williams.
Big Thad’s Active Life
Big Thad was a two-year varsity football offensive player for MacArthur High School. He served on the Peer Assistance Leadership team and on the Homecoming Court for all four years of high school. Thaddaeus' biggest hobby was a tie between laughing and making people laugh. He accepted the Lord as his Saviour at a young age. Thaddaeus was an active member of Magnolia Christian Church, where he served on the Finance Committee, Choir, Youth Drill Team, and Drama Team.
